We would like to inform you of the possibility to report to the Managing Authority your suspicion that the project or the activities of the beneficiary are not in compliance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities drawn up in New York on 13 December 2006. (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the CRPD. Signals, notifications or complaints concerning the occurrence of non-compliance of FERS projects with the provisions of the CRPD may be submitted by individuals (project participants or their representatives and attorneys), institutions participating in the implementation of European Union funds, the social side (associations, foundations), by means of (in each of the following cases the notification is deemed to be submitted in writing):

• traditional post – by letter to the Ministry’s address: Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, ul. Wspólna 2/4, 00-926 Warsaw,
• the e-puap outbox of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy.
