The Industry Lab is an acceleration programme for start-ups initiated by DGA S.A., a consulting company that has been listed on the Stock Exchange for 20 years. As DGA S.A., we have been advising organisations and implementing bold solutions for over 34 years. Under the motto ‘We support the Greatest of Tomorrow’, we create the future of start-ups, but at the same time – thanks to our rich and diverse experience – we are a trusted partner to many large companies and public institutions.
Our main areas of activity are start-ups, acceleration, and technological innovations, social innovations, occupational activation, training, education, and companies restructuring.
Our representatives are members of prestigious business organisations and associations, including the Wielkopolska Capital Club, the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, the Association of Restructuring Advisers, the Partner Club of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and the Wielkopolska Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
We have more than 2,000 successfully completed projects and more than 200 implemented innovations.

Bartek

Start-up mentor
Bartek Janowicz
Start-up mentor
For many years, he has combined his experience working for medium and large companies with supporting start-ups. He helps both sides in acceleration programmes (where a start-up implements its solution on a pilot basis for a larger company) or mentors employees of established companies in a start-up approach to projects and products.
For years, he has studied what the development of a start-up and its subsequent growth into a larger company depends on. He believes that the key two elements are:
- the effectiveness of a team formed by the founders setting up the start-up and if the founders are able to teach teamwork to other members of their team,
- the ability of the members of the start-up to define customer needs and test quickly if their product responds to those needs.
He has helped start-up founders to grow companies – from a team of founders to around 20-30 people – and board members to scale organisations from a few hundred to a few thousand. Currently, for several years he has been responsible for the development of the organisation’s culture and all topics of HR strategy in a game dev company in a rapid growth phase (from a scale of less than 100 people to around 300).
As an expert in Customer Development and Lean Startup methodologies, he teaches start-ups how to verify through experimentation if their products meet customers’ needs (in the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit phases). He mentors start-ups in many acceleration programmes apart from Industry Lab, e.g.: Foodtech.ac, Mazovian Startup, TeenCrunch, etc. He also ran a private accelerator programme People Power in the HR-tech industry.
Consulting and mentoring areas:
- researching customer needs (Problem Fit phase),
- experimental verification of the fit between the start-up’s product and customers’ needs (in the Solution Fit phase),
- creation and implementation of the company’s development strategy (in the Company Building phase),
- development of the organisation’s culture and systematisation of personnel processes (in the Rapid Growth phase),
- development of founders’ leadership skills and effective teamwork (from the Company Building phase to the Scaling phase).
